In order to receive the Platinum award, you are required to achieve: 

– 3 consecutive years of an average Service performance of 98% or over
– 3 consecutive years of an average Live Signature Capture performance of 95% or over
– 3 consecutive years of an average Freight Scanning performance of 95% or over
